We are happy to announce that we now offer additional Canadian Immigration Services, and we’d like to welcome our new team member - Me Dana Kean, LL.L, B.C.L, LL.M.

Our licensed and experienced team is pleased to now offer the following immigration services:

• Québec Applications

Clients who wish to immigrate to the province of Québec

• Inadmissibility Cases (medical, criminal)

Clients who have been refused admission by the Canadian government for reasons related to health and criminality.

• Pre Removal Risk Assessment (PRRA)

Clients who have been been denied a Refugee Claim and have been ordered by the Canadian government to leave Canada.

• Refused Application Appeals

Clients who have been been refused applications in categories such as family sponsorship, humanitarian and compassionate grounds, removal orders or loss of Permanent Resident status and inadmissibility due to criminality or health.

Welcoming Me Dana Kean to VISATEAM…

Dana Kean is a member in good standing of the Québec Bar (Le Barreau du Québec) and the Law Society of Ontario with years of experience in both the private and public sector in various areas of law and as an Ombudsman.

Previously, Dana served as a Board Member for the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB) for 8 years as a member of the Immigration Appeal Division (IAD). Dana specializes in Sponsorship Appeals, Humanitarian and Compassionate Appeals, Removal Order Appeals, Loss of Permanent Resident Status and Inadmissibility due to Criminality or Health. Dana is a graduate of the University of Ottawa with a Bachelor of Law and Master of Law from the Université de Sherbrooke.

Dana is fluent in English, French, Hungarian, proficient in German and has a working understanding of Spanish.
